rear view camera: Programming and Connecting

Hello Guys,

i am happy that there is now a forum.
I'm driving a Ford Focus 1.0 DYB - SYNC 3.
Can someone tell me exactly what I have to program in ForScan to unlock the rear camera?

As a camera, I would like to use an Eb * y camera. Is there a circuit diagram for this?

Simple big X will be RVC Cam. 3 = On
